Office Design that Blends Tradition and Innovation

From the perspective of "managing land and improving the city," the Yilong International Centre stands out with its unique features. The design incorporates an aerial bridge between the two towers, forming a vertical complex ecological closed loop. This innovative approach organizes the business form moving line with the concept of a three-dimensional city, creating a dynamic and efficient space for work and collaboration.

One of the standout features of the Yilong International Centre is the retreat platform that resembles a scattered mountain, winding up a secluded path. This platform not only adds a touch of natural beauty to the building but also establishes a "soft" connection with the surrounding environment. The architects have successfully achieved a harmonious coexistence between the built environment and nature, creating a serene and inspiring atmosphere.

The realization of the Yilong International Centre involved a combination of structural techniques. The super high-rise office features a frame core tube structure, while the high-rise office adopts a frame-shear wall structure. The connecting body between the two towers utilizes a multi-truss steel structure, with the floor made of composite materials. This combination of materials and techniques ensures the structural integrity and functionality of the building.

With a total construction area of 100,071 square meters, the Yilong International Centre offers a spacious and efficient workspace for its occupants. The project is currently underway in the urban area of Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, and is expected to be completed in the near future.

The Yilong International Centre has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2022.
